Anthony Yip, the Secretary of the Minister of Economic Development, collaborates with the “Three Financial Giants” – Eastman Properties president Ronald Man, Evergate Construction Materials president Fok Kin and Marco Media president Cheung Yung – to manipulate the financial market for profit.
