Overview

Bai Xi transmigrates into a novel she had read, set in the Republican era. Upon her arrival, she is forced by her sister, Bai Ou, to marry Marshal Huo Tingzheng, who is rumored to be ruthless. However, Bai Xi, with her familiarity with the original novel and her own wit, thrives despite her marriage to Huo Tingzheng, and they even gradually fall in love.
