Overview
The story is set at a prestigious school on the outskirts of town, where high school student Ume Mizunoe becomes a student council officer to avoid repeating a year. But the other members of the student council are silly, sulky, scary, and strangely cute. A strange and friendly high school life with unique student council members begin.
