Overview

Hu Xiaodie, a fading movie star in old Shanghai, becomes entangled in a mysterious scandalous murder case. To prove her innocence, she teams up with her personal assistant, Hua Xiaoqing, and starts learning detective skills and reasoning techniques. With the help of the Central Police Station, she eventually grows into a true detective for the people.
