Biography

Edward John White best known as "Moondog King" in the WWF, was a Canadian professional wrestler who rose to prominence in the 1980s, particularly as part of The Moondogs tag team with Moondog Rex. They won the WWF Tag Team Championship in 1981. White began his wrestling career in 1972 and achieved success in Canada, winning several titles. After a border dispute between Canada and the U.S., he was temporarily replaced in the WWF. In addition to his wrestling career, White ran for the Canadian Parliament twice, but was not elected. In his later years, he suffered from several health issues and a car accident in 2004. He passed away in 2005 after remaining on life support due to injuries from the crash.
