Biography

Saman Bani is an actor, writer and director know for his titular villain role as The Hat Man in Mohammed Scorsese’s Hat Boys cinematic universe. Saman Bani’s directional short film debut was in 2025 when he wrote, directed and starred in To The Grave (2025). He also appeared as various characters in the sketch comedy series Basket Case and continues to write, direct and star in his own upcoming projects.
