Biography

Dennis Rider is an up-and-coming filmmaker and puppeteer from Southwest Virginia. Dennis has long had a passion and talent for telling stories with puppets, often performing live with his sister. He enjoys finding creative and unexpected ways to integrate puppetry with visual media. As You Wish (2024) is his debut short film as a writer and director. He currently works in freelance film and video production splitting his time between Virginia and Myrtle Beach, SC.
