Biography

Markus Eli Quinn Penner (b. 2005) is a Canadian filmmaker. He studied at the Sisler Film Create Program (2024–2025) and recently completed his first narrative short, The Student Film, which premiered at the Winnipeg Art Gallery in June 2025.
