Masaaki Sekine is a Japanese male voice actor and narrator, born on December 3, 1963, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. Despite being born in Tokyo, he is also capable of speaking Osaka dialect.
