Hibiki Kuwagata (桒形 響, Kuwagata Hibiki, April 5) is a Japanese voice actress (seiyuu) from Osaka Prefecture. She is represented by Miki Production. She is 158 cm tall and has blood group B. Her hobbies are singing, playing games and listening to orchestras.
