Chiharu Taira (平良 千春, Taira Chiharu, born June 21, 1977) is a Japanese actress from Nagasaki prefecture. Her former stage name is Moe Nagasaki (長崎 萠, Nagasaki Moe). She has blood type B and is 154 cm tall. Her special skills are fire-breathing and sword fighting. She is currently affiliated with Millennium Pro.
