Katie Johnston-Smith (they/them) is a Chicago-based Creative Producer who cut her teeth in live entertainment and the advertising worlds. They pride themself on working from a place of ethical empathy with a "labor is entitled to all it creates" mentality. A happy and well cared for team creates better work.
