Hong Kong is hailed as the safest city in Asia. Recently, Hong Kong has witnessed some street racing people who deliberately cause trouble to the citizens. The police always adopt a zero-tolerance attitude towards illegal street racing drivers, aka street racers. Hence, the Hong Kong police specially select elites from the Traffic Branch and constitute an Anti-Racing Team to conduct special regulations on the street racers.
