A mother in the middle of a divorce - Beth and her teenage children, Natalie and James, attempt to have a break from the family drama in a Sydney Airbnb. As things begin to break in this charming but old house, the family sees the Host, Ricky, more and more. The children become suspicious of him and the house, filming him in secret with a camcorder, searching for a decrepit, evil plan.
