Overview

Raised amidst the Hani terraces and ancient melodies, sisters Zaochun and Guyu choose divergent paths after university: one becomes an environmental investigator, the other a village official. Their differing visions for their homeland's future lead to conflicts, but ultimately, they find common ground in balancing preservation and development.
